last time I promised to cover something that is dear to all of us – saving our precious time.

I've been putting together a useful little suite of hotkeys to save time and get extra utility. It can:

• Search for the currently selected text on a search engine of choice (including Duden, VMware Docs)
• Calculate the weighted word count of a selected log (Lionbridge grid applies)
• Count selected characters
• Keep the active window always on top

I have no idea how much time I actually save by using it. But let's say it saves me 5 seconds every time I do a search engine lookup, I do 10 lookups every hour and work 8 hours a day. This would amount to 6 Minutes and 40 seconds a day, and 1738 Minutes or 29 hours every year!

You can either download and run the .exe (no installation required, but Windows Defender will prompt you to authorize the app). Or you can get the source code and run it using AHK (it is an AHK script).
